Canadian Base Operators, 15 Wing Moose Jaw, is recruiting candidates interested in future Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter (ARFF) positions. This is a permanent ARFF position with the Moose Jaw team, supporting Canada's Royal Canadian Air Force and Aviators at CFB Moose Jaw – 2 Canadian Forces Flying Training School. The team provides crash fire rescue, fire inspection, and support services for 15 Wing with a 2-platoon schedule (7 days on, 7 days off; 12-hour days, with a Sunday 8-hour day). Responsibilities

Respond as a firefighter to all aircraft emergencies and provide standby support for hazardous material spills during flying hours. Participate in daily training and exercises; verify operational readiness of fire vehicles and onboard equipment; assist in maintaining firefighting consumable stores inventory.
