We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Air Export Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end air export operations, ensuring timely and compliant shipment handling.
Key responsibilities include: - Coordinate with suppliers and customers to arrange cargo collection and delivery
- Plan and arrange cargo pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform physical cargo checks upon receipt to ensure compliance with documentation and shipment requirements
- Arrange bookings with airlines and co-loaders
- Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWB), including CCN
- Handle export transfer arrangements and slot bookings with terminals
- Declare export permits and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Liaise with ground handling agents (e.g., SATS, dnata) to ensure smooth cargo acceptance and uplift
