Description The incumbent will manage and execute the logistics operations for shipping goods via air freight - export. This includes organizing shipments, liaising with both internal and external parties, processing customs clearance, and ensuring compliance with relevant air freight regulations.
Responsibilities - Preparations of documents and airlines labels. (MAWB, HAWB, Manifest, COO)
- Execute air freight export operations
- Updating of freight database, including job file status and milestones.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties like inter departments, customers, vendors and freight forwarders to arrange and manage shipments.
- Update customer with flight details and POD for Door-to-Door shipments
- Send e-mail pre-alert to respective destination stations
