Air Conditioning Engineer - IND1
TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UK’s leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.
- Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
- Working hours - 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
- On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call (This is for emergencies only)
- Salary – £48,812 per year
- Location – Maidstone, Kent
- Extra – Overtime available after 45 hours
Your duties will be yet not limited to
- PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
- Experience in changing a compressor which includes brazing
- Experience in replacing 4 port valves
- Experience on VRV Systems
- Technical Support
- Technical Reports
- AC Surveys to diagnose faults
- Support with minor fabric work within the stores if ever required
