Air Cargo Officer
position based in Singapore. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate cargo arrival and clearance Monitor shipment status and update customer Respond to customer inquiries andcomplaints Attend to airline/ terminal requests or amendments to ensure timely clearance Prepare and submit import permit declarations Arrange Delivery Orders (D/O), coordinate cargo delivery, and manage clearance contractors Prepare daily clearance and delivery instructions for warehouse and transport contractors Billing to Customers Provide support to other tasks such as Warehouse operations, import/export documentation, customer services as necessary Requirements: Relevant certificate / diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields Minimum 1 year experience in Air Freight forwarding Possess knowledge on MAWB/HAWB, permits, customs clearance will be advantageous Hands-on experience in Ca...
