AI & Systems Specialist | Remote | Full-Time

We’re hiring an AI & Systems Specialist to help scale the Coaching department at Profitable Tradie.

This is not an admin role. We’re looking for someone who loves systems, automation, AI, problem-solving, and making businesses run better behind the scenes.

This role has a strong HubSpot focus and is ideal for someone who enjoys building workflows, improving operations, creating automations, and making everything connect properly.

You’ll work closely with our Coaching team to improve onboarding, accountability, communication, reporting, and operational efficiency across the department. If you enjoy connecting tools, building smarter systems, testing AI workflows, and solving operational problems, you’ll probably love this role.
