About The Role This is a senior leadership role within a central technology enablement team, responsible for shaping how AI solutions are designed at the earliest stages of strategic opportunities. As a Director, you will lead a team of senior architects supporting business leaders by providing deep technical expertise, architectural rigor and scalable solution design. You will ensure that complex business requirements are translated into robust, delivery-ready AI architectures.

A key focus of this role is enabling high-quality solutions from the outset—reducing rework, avoiding bespoke designs, and increasing the reuse of proven assets and patterns. You will play a critical role in ensuring that early-stage AI solutions are grounded in delivery reality, with security, scalability and long‑term value embedded from day one.
