Shine is our unique strengths‑based mentoring programme designed to empower the next generation of young women with confidence, self‑awareness, real‑world skills and connection. Over the past five years, we have built a strong base of programme content. The content is current, practical and engaging.

We now need help to turn this into a clear, searchable digital programme system that staff and facilitators can use confidently to future‑proof the programme.
