As an AI Implementation Engineer, you will build the AI and automation tooling that powers Sovos’ global customer‑support organization, taking ideas from zero to one and turning successful experiments into production‑grade support infrastructure.
You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and integrating the AI-powered tools, automations, and APIs that make Sovos customer support faster, smarter, and more consistent. Working closely with the Conversation Designer, Salesforce team, and AI vendors, you’ll ship prototypes, harden them into production systems, and weave AI capabilities into Sovos’ existing support stack—Salesforce, TheLoops, Ask Sovi, and internal analytics.
