Responsibilities AI Solution Delivery (Primary Focus) - Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from proof-of-concept (POC) to production deployment
- Work hands‑on with platforms and related AI technologies
- Translate business use cases into practical, implementable AI solutions
- Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and operational readiness
Solution Architecture - Design AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems (e.g. OSS/BSS, system integrations)
- Evaluate architectural trade‑offs and propose scalable, maintainable designs
- Contribute to the solution strategy and technical direction for AI initiatives
Technical Leadership & Team Development - Lead, coach, and guide the AI team, particularly junior engineers
