Job Description
This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI solutions. The AI Engineer will design, build, test, and deploy Copilot agents using tools such as Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, grounding solutions in enterprise data sources including SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and other business systems. Acting as an internal subject-matter expert, this individual will provide guidance on Microsoft Copilot and other large language models, including best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, and enterprise data protection.
The position plays a key role in driving AI adoption by leading training sessions, hosting office hours, and developing enablement resources such as knowledge bases, FAQs, and reusable prompt libraries.
