Role Summary

You will spearhead the development of our AI recruitment platform, OPAL, overseeing everything from React dashboards to RAG pipelines and production deployment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop React.js dashboards for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Design UI/UX for filters, analytics, and candidate insights.
