Job Description: Data Management & Transformation Leading the organization's AI enablement strategy by identifying high-value use cases and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions. Partnering with stakeholders across functions to capture requirements, prioritize opportunities, and define success metrics (value, adoption, risk). Designing and delivering enablement programmes (workshops, office hours, playbooks) to upskill teams on responsible GenAI usage and to prompt best practices. Establishing AI governance and guardrails in collaboration with Security, Risk, Legal and Data teams (privacy, IP, data handling, model risk).
