Responsibilities

In Eco Governance – ADSO we establish internal and external communication mechanisms to solve cross‑departmental communication problems and improve efficiency. The team is responsible for standardizing the project management process, including requirement management, quality management, efficiency management, and manpower management, to improve project management efficiency.

The successful candidate must take ownership of multiple projects throughout their entire life cycle, working with cross‑departmental teams to identify needs, anticipate pain points, and bring a solution‑driven mindset to each task. They will navigate ambiguous situations and set clear, achievable goals for themselves and the teams.
