Catan Group seeks a strategic, technically-capable AI Automation Product Manager to define automation strategy and manage client delivery. This role translates business requirements into technical specifications and builds initial prototypes. The PM proactively identifies process automation potential and drives project execution.

Responsibilities

You'll own AI and automation delivery end to end. Turn client tickets into working, tested n8n flows (error handling and edge cases, not just the happy path), then monitor them so you catch issues before clients do. Blocked on someone? Build against mock data and flag it early.

The headline mandate is internal: ship automations that take recurring work off teammates' plates without being asked. You'll set the Linear and n8n standards the team patterns off, and be our in-house AI power user.
