Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, user-focused AI Application Support Analyst to champion the adoption and success of Claude across the organization.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between people and AI ensuring the platform runs smoothly, solving real-world challenges, and empowering teams to make the most of cutting-edge tools. From troubleshooting technical issues to leading engaging training sessions, you’ll play a key role in transforming how the business leverages AI.



What You’ll Do

User Support & Experience

Serve as the go-to expert for Tier 1 & Tier 2 support, resolving user issues with speed and clarity

Guide users through “how-to” questions, making AI access...
