You will have the responsibility, assisted by the Technical Director, of establishing regional groups of progressive farmers that have a desire to grow their businesses, both sustainably and profitably, through the adoption of techniques that are proven to drive success but also demonstrate a level of innovation that provides added value and return on investment.

As a Senior Consultant you will also work with the Technical Director for Business Management and across the SMT to assist with the learning and development of the more junior consultants, providing them mentoring opportunities and advice in respect of sales, technical advice and problem solving.

The successful applicant will need to be versatile and be willing to be involved in a range of consultancy services to farmers and other industry stakeholders, including both GO’s and NGO’s across the UK.
