We are hiring an experienced DevOps Coach to help us support existing and new customers. If you're dedicated, ambitious and have a passion for working with the latest leading edge Cloud Native and on-prem technologies, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

In this role you will be responsible for working with clients to evaluate their current DevOps culture, processes, and tools to make recommendations for improvements, lead the execution of identified improvements, and be a hands-on engineer as needed.

Key Responsibilities:


+ Assess current organizational practices and processes to identify opportunities for improvement as well as to provide direction toward those improvements.

+ Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to continuously improve and expand upon them

+ Establish milestones for necessary contributions from departments and develop processes to facilitate their collaboration
