As an Agency Manager, you are responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating financial advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Individuals who are open to take the role for part-time/full-time
- Must have at least 5 years of working experience
- Holding supervisory or managerial position in other sales industry (e.g., real estate, non-life , telecom and etc.) for at least 3 years
- Directly managing at least 5 people
- Has strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Okay for a commission-based compensation and a work from home set-up with flexible schedule
