Collaborate closely with the Agency Finance Controller on Financial matters of the Entities within your portfolio, to review the financial performance, including operating expenses, cash matters, dividend declaration, cost plus implementation, versus approved budgets.
Plan and finalize annual budgets with active participation from agencies and HQ stakeholders. Monitor budget execution.
