Supervise and coordinate all agency activities and be the guarantor of the achievement of agency objectives and the individual objectives of your team.
Implement and lead your agency's commercial strategy;
Monitor your agency's key performance indicators and develop action plans to achieve the set objectives;
Ensure the development of credit activities as well as financial inclusion products and services, according to the established objectives;
