Overview

Will oversee and manage the aftersales operations of dealership and manage aftersales personnel. Responsible in achieving aftersales KPI's and targets and uphold the dealership’s standards of excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering, Automotive or related courses
• Preferably with at least 5 years experience in handling aftersales operations particularly in car dealership set-up, minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven track record in achieving aftersales targets and managing parts and service personnelExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
• Strategic planning and forecasting capabilities
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Must be knowledgeable to drive a 4-wheel vehicle with a valid Driver’s license
