Stellantis is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Service Contract Manager to lead Service Contract and Warranty operations across key markets, including Myanmar, Cambodia & Laos.

This regional role is responsible for driving Service Contract growth, improving penetration rates, enhancing customer retention, and ensuring warranty governance in line with Stellantis standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Service Contract revenue, profitability and penetration across assigned markets.
• Develop and enhance Service Contract products for both new and post-warranty vehicles, including EV‑related offerings.
• Partner closely with importers, distributors and dealer networks to improve sales performance and operational effectiveness.
