What you will do
- Be available during afterhours on the phone and email for online sales and booking service.
- Deliver an amazing travel experience (D.A.T.E) to corporate clients to help them resolve issues during emergency times.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during afterhours, ensuring they feel supported at every step.
- Resolve client issues, including handling irate customers and emergency ticketing support.
What we need from you
- A solid background in travel consulting or airline reservation with a minimum of 2 years of customer‑service experience.
