- Plan and manage customer service cases in accordance with the company’s policies. - Supervise the work of staff in the department, such as repairs, installation, and providing guidance. - Ensure that employees perform their duties in line with the set targets. - Provide technical advice and product knowledge to relevant staff and customers using engineering knowledge. - Report service issues or handle customer complaints. - Control spare parts inventory and report on stock storage.
Job Requirement
