            Job Description: Oversee the daily operations of the student care class, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students. 
Communicate effectively with centre’s team and parents regarding student progress and centre activities. 
Design, develop and implement engaging enrichment programmes and activities that cater to the learning needs of the students. 
Coach, supervise and ensure completion of daily school homework for primary students, this includes English and Chinese spelling. 
Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from school to student centre, including coordination pick-ups from nearby schools. 
Regular liaison with parents and caregivers on their children’s behaviour and learning progress, fostering strong relationships. 
Perform various administrative duties and maintain the upkeep of the centre’s premises. 
Follow up on fees payment and arrears as necessary.
