Overview

The US Public Finance & Solutions business operates within the US Rates franchise of the broader Rates/Fixed Income and Currencies (FIC) business at Deutsche Bank; it is a business comprised of origination, structuring, financing, and trading activities. We are seeking a proven Senior Originator to grow our affordable housing platform by sourcing, structuring, and closing high quality transactions—primarily LIHTC driven developments using tax exempt bonds. You will be responsible for independently sourcing, structuring, and managing the underwriting and diligence of transactions. You will build and expand a high-quality pipeline of affordable housing debt opportunities focused on tax-exempt bond transactions or bridge lending which will lead to tax-exempt bond exits. ...
