Job Description:
Develop and design program mechanics, including creating program creatives and communication materials. Plan and execute program launches, ensuring clear and effective communication with Key Account Managers, Creators and Brand partners. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Key Account Managers, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Business Development, and others to ensure smooth coordination and project execution. Monitor program performance, identify key challenges, and proactively develop contingency plans to address issues. Conduct data analysis to gain insights into creator behavior and challenges, and identify new growth opportunities. Requirements:
