The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving brand awareness, community engagement, and revenue growth through strategic creator partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Campaign Development
- Design and execute end-to-end affiliate marketing strategies tailored to individual brand objectives, target demographics, and product priorities.
- Partner closely with internal Brand, Creative, and Paid Media teams to integrate affiliate initiatives into overarching marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Continuously monitor social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and e-commerce shifts to keep affiliate tactics fresh and competitive.
2. Creator Sourcing & Relationship Management
- Actively research, scout, and onboard high-potential affiliates and KOCs on TikTok and Instagram who organically fit the brand's identity.
