ADI is seeking an experienced U.S. lawyer to join our Legal & Risk Optimization Business Partner (LRO BP) team, primarily supporting ADI’s Aerospace & Defense (ADEF) business unit and potentially other designated ADI business organizations. This LRO BP role is based at ADI’s Corporate Headquarters in Wilmington, MA, reporting directly to ADI’s Regional General Counsel with a dotted line to our lead Senior Counsel for ADEF. This role has primary responsibility for all legal matters impacting designated organizations. In supporting these organizations, in addition to the Regional General Counsel, the LRO BP will work in close partnership with other LRO experts and functions on all legal matters impacting these organizations (e.g., compliance, trade, and IP).
