About the role

As an Advisor, Training, you’ll be part of our Learning and Capability team who help shape the future of our workforce through the delivery and support of centrally based technical training activities.

This role collaborates closely with frontline management, On-Job Training and Training Support Team members. You will enable the transfer of skills learned to the work environment for frontline operational employees through the development, delivery and management of technical-focused training courses and specialist training requirements.

You will bring strong facilitation experience and effective communication skills to deliver a range of technical training programmes and solutions, using a range of approaches to meet organisational needs.
