About the Role - Kōrero mō te Tūranga
We're looking for an Adviser who can blend learning design, competency framework development, and digital capability uplift to help our Biosecurity Import & Export Standards (BIES) Directorate build a highly skilled, confident workforce through modern training delivery.
This role focuses on designing and delivering practical training, building structured capability frameworks, and developing high‑quality learning resources — including digital and e‑learning content — while also supporting our staff with the systems, tools and processes they use to carry out risk assessment and analysis.
