Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts by building long-term relationships and delivering tailored advertising solutions. 
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, operations) to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns. 
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategy and offerings. 
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. 
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture. 
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
