About Personalised Learning College

PLC is a county-wide, person‑centred programme supporting young people aged 16+ with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). We offer a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that empowers learners to follow personalized pathways toward independence, employment, and community participation.

Our learners engage in meaningful activities within their local communities, develop essential life skills, and build confidence through tailored support and opportunities.
