Skills - A high level of analytical ability required for assessing patients and implementing appropriate intervention.
- Substantial interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with staff, physicians, patients, and family members.
Licensures, Certifications - Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a Certified Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
- Valid contract with preceptors.
- Completion of Healthcare Provider CPR course, yearly.
Physical Requirements - Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for up to eighty percent of work time in performing duties and dealing with patients and families often during stressful situations.
