We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Nurse Practitioner BMT Days with Rotation - Long Island. In this role, the successful candidate provision, coordination, and assurance of comprehensive health care using advanced practice processes and pertinent standards of care, the diagnosis of illness and physical conditions, and performance of diagnostic, therapeutic, corrective and prescriptive measures as appropriate for patient in collaboration with a specific physician on the staff of NYU Langone Health. Assume delegation responsibilities assigned by the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Manager and/or designated service line leadership. Serves as a liaison to nursing, care management, consult services, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
