**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**Qualifications:** To be eligible to apply for ERCP privileges, the applicant must hold Core Gastroenterology privileges AND Clinical Experience (Initial):

Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited program in Gastroenterology that included training in ERCP of a minimum 200 procedures; and evidence of clinical experience through documented performance of a minimum of 25 ERCP procedures (including at least 10 sphincterotomies and 5 stent placement procedures) during the past 12 months.

Clinical Experience (Reappointment): Current demonstrated competence and experience, reflective of the scope of privileges requested, for the past 24 months based on results of ongoing professional practice evaluation and clinical outcomes
