We are seeking an exceptional and organised ACP to join our dedicated Specialist Palliative care team at Rainbows Children's Hospice, covering all 5 counties of the East Midlands: hospice, hospital and community. In this vital role, you will provide advanced clinical expertise, contribute to symptom management, lead on end‑of‑life care and work closely with families to ensure the best quality of care for the babies, children and young people in our care. You will also support the Lead Advanced Clinical Practitioner in managing, leading and introducing new services within the hospice and manage a team of CNSs and unregistered professionals.
