We are looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner to join our Out of Hours team and deliver high-quality patient care.

Main duties of the job

• Deliver comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting with urgent healthcare needs.
• Conduct consultations from the clinical base, providing face‑to‑face care in a fully equipped environment.
• Undertake home visits to patients requiring assessment or treatment in their own residence.
• Assist with telephone triage calls when lower levels of face‑to‑face consultations are booked.
