My client is a manufacturing company based in Dewsbury, and they are looking to add to their friendly team by recruiting an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will report directly to the General Manager and the Managing Director, working with them on projects and initiatives, and providing an efficient administrative support to the Service Department.

As Office Administrator, you will be able to: -

  • Use a variety of software packages (including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) to manage data and produce documents and presentations.
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries, using an email system (e.g. Outlook).
  • Create and maintain filing and other office systems.
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Co-ordinate all timesheets for the Service Department including remote engineers – this includes chasing records and reconciling them against jobs
