Required- qualifications, skills and experience:

  • A diploma or degree in Sales or Business Administration will be advantageous.
  • ERP System experience required
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar internal sales or marketing support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Sales Support Duties:
    • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
    • Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and follow-ups to clients.
    • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
    • Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
