We’re looking for an organised, people‑focused Administrator/Receptionist to join our fun, friendly Wellington Geotechnics office. This is a permanent part‑time role, 30 hours per week, worked across five days in the office. You’ll be the welcoming face at reception and provide admin support to teams in Wellington and, at times, other locations across New Zealand.

  • Welcome visitors and staff and manage the reception area
  • Answer and direct enquiries via phone and Microsoft Teams in a friendly, professional way
  • Receive and distribute mail and couriers
  • Provide general admin support to the team (coordination, scheduling, documentation)
  • Maintain and update databases, records and calendars
  • Coordinate company vehicle deliveries, pick‑ups and maintenance
  • Manage equipment hire requests, coordination and charge tracking
