Responsible for ensuring that all Gate ITT movement data and reports are accurate and updated on a shift, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Responsible for serving as the section's centralized statistician, preparing and providing ad-hoc data, and compiling reports and analyses as required by management.
Updated weekly & monthly Dashboard for Gate ITT KPI.
Monitor and supervise progress on every movement reports in Gate ITT section with Supervisor ensuring they meet the deadline.
Communicate/ liaise to other section/ department to check and do data validation accurately on existing/ ad hoc report if required.
Keep track of the files movement, ensuring that files are kept and safely released to authorize parties.
Responsible for analyzing Gate ITT volume movement trends and monitoring operational performance trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
