As part of our Personnel Administration team, you will support the day-to-day administrative activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adressing employee queries and issues.
  • Ensuring that Human Resources processes are properly managed.
  • Collaborating in the Onboarding and Offboarding processes for our employees.
  • WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

    For this position, we are looking for professionals interested in developing their career in a stable environment, with solid skills of Microsoft Office ecosystem (Excel and Word), knowledge of labour relations and legislation, and Social Security regulations, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. In addition, you will need to have a high level of English.

    We will also value strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
