Overview
To oversee all building-related day-to-day operations, including management of security personnel, maintenance supervisor, and janitors; office and condo dues collection; coordination with HOA officers for all building-related projects, and other concerns.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations related to the building.
- Manage security personnel, maintenance supervisor, and janitors.
- Oversee office and condo dues collection.
- Coordinate with HOA officers for building-related projects.
- Address other building-related concerns as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Good moral character, polite, pleasant personality.
- Preferably with experience working in a property management office.
Reporting to HOA president.
