Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for office administration services, general services, coordination, and the provision of administrative/logistics support to Admin-initiated meetings/ activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Takes care of office guests/visitors/clients.
- Responds to queries from clients, visitors and partners and refers to appropriate person/s as needed.
- Attends to incoming and outgoing calls.
- Oversees the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas and conduct cleaning as needed.
- Attends to timely disbursement and liquidation of funds.
- Performs other functions may be assigned or directed.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Office Administration or related fields.
- Preferably with a t least 6 months relevant experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
