Provides administrative, logistical, and clerical support to ACCESS TB Operations Team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares the administrative needs for meetings (attendance sheet, venue, meals, handouts, etc.), including documentation and liquidation.
- Facilitates purchase requests, requests for payments, and other requests to other units promptly.
- Provides clerical support to the project.
- Conducts and maintains inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.
- Coordinates regularly with and supports the SAM, RTLs, LO, PMOs, and POs related to activities under the different project components (MDRTB, TBHIV, TCP, RSSH).
- Assists the SAM and/or Program Director with strategy‑based data collection and consolidation.
