Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
