Responsibilities Serves as Administrative Officer responsible for providing administrative management services which include all policy matters involving administrative support, manpower and budget, personnel activities, and management studies. Ensures personnel actions processed are in alignment with the Director's manning and organizational plan structure. Creates a balanced personnel budget schedule based on programming criteria, budget constraints, organization objectives, and priorities.
