Administrative Intake Coordinator - CBHC



In this important role, the Administrative Intake Coordinator performs tasks of ensuring full registration and screening for all ages and all consumers accessing treatment regardless of insurance, works with staff in greeting consumers and ensuring support for the programs located in the building and works closely with the CBHC Clinical Triage/Intake Coordinator.



The Administrative Intake Coordinator responsibilities include:


+ Screens all new consumers for admission to the clinic by telephone or in-person for walk-in consumers; obtains basic demographics, a brief clinical description and insurance information.

+ For all routine intakes, makes the determination, based on insurance, if the consumer is assigned to the CBHC or the Outpatient program (OP) and documents accordingly in the Electronic Health Record.
